Returns Policy always strongly advises customers to use our free carpet sample service to check colour and quality before purchasing your new carpet.

If you are not satisfied with your new carpet when it arrives then please let us know. We offer a full carpet refund on all carpets which are returned with 14 days of delivery. Carpets must be in the same condition as when delivered, we cannot accept the return of damaged or previously fitted carpets. Organising and cost of returning carpet will be customers responsibility. Money will be refunded once carpet is back in our possession.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged carpet then please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange collection and refund or replacement. Unfortunately we are unable to refund or replace any carpet which has been cut into.

Please keep in mind most of the carpets we sell are discontinued and no longer in production so while every effort will be made to replace with the same there is a high possibility we will not be able to source same product.
